About The Webinar

Ferrets are engaging, inquisitive animals and their popularity as pets has increased over recent years. They belong to the Mustelid family (being related to badgers, otters and pine martens) and are carnivorous mammals. This webinar will review common problems seen in pet ferrets in veterinary practice, including an update on CoVID-19 infections in this species. Diagnosis and treatment of these conditions will also be discussed. This webinar will be a useful overview for all levels of expertise, whether you are treating only the occasional ferret patient or seeing these intelligent and entertaining animals as a regular occurrence in veterinary practice.
