About The Webinar

Exotics patients (including rabbits) frequently arrive in practice with issues that are primarily related to poor husbandry. One of the hardest challenges can be convincing clients, who may have “had this species all their life” to make positive welfare changes to their pet’s environment.
This webinar will cover:
- How to have difficult conversations with clients about their pet’s welfare
- Psychological techniques to help clients get on board with changes they may have to make
- How to pick your battles when it comes to challenging clients
- How to subtly build rapport with challenging clients and invite them to make change on their own terms
