Dogs can frequently present with neck or back pain. This can be acute or chronic and can exist in isolation or may be accompanied by neurological deficits. This session will address many of the common causes of spinal pain in dogs which will include disc disease, discospondylitis, meningitis, and neoplasia. The treatment and prognosis for these conditions will be discussed. A video case presentation will be used to provide an example of how we can treat for the treatable when we know whats most likely.
