Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a common yet severe ailment, associated with high morbidity and mortality rates. Understanding how traumatic brain injury presents, as well as the importance of rapid and effective treatment is key to patient survival. This webinar will review the pathophysiology of primary and secondary traumatic brain injury, treatment and contraindicated therapies, as well as an in-depth look at how nurse led treatment can be beneficial to these patients.
