About The Webinar

This webinar will take you on a guided tour through the upper and lower urinary tract and how different traumatic events such as a road traffic accident or an iatrogenic injury can impact on those organs. How do these patients present, which diagnostic tests are most useful and how can we interpret those results? Treatment may require a combination of medical and surgical skills which will be discussed, with plenty of helpful, practical tips incorporated into this webinar. It is important that pet owners have realistic expectations following any trauma to the urinary tract, particularly in regard to their pet’s general level of well being and urinary continence if the lower urinary tract has been disrupted. This webinar will touch on a number of every day presentations and aims to assist you in making those sometimes difficult clinical decisions.
