About The Webinar

Urinary tract disease is a common clinical presentation in both guinea pigs and rabbits and this session covers two of the most common presentations. In this session we will cover perineal soiling and the clinical approach taken to this in rabbits, both in terms of supportive care but also a standard diagnostic approach. In guinea pigs management of Urolithiasis is critical as they can present with sludge, non obstructive stones and obstructive stones throughout the urinary tract and the need for surgical intervention is discussed.
