About The Webinar

Open wound management can initially appear very daunting, the injury and wound bed may be extensive and there are so many products available to the veterinary market nowadays. One of our goals as veterinary nurses is to enhance and support that healing process. This webinar will highlight some of the most important parts of wound management, product properties, effective dressings, protecting a dressing and signs of ischaemic dressing injury. Open wound management can be one of the most satisfying parts of our job, with a high percentage of wounds healing using this concept alone, without the need for definitive surgery.
