About The Webinar

Neurological disease is a common clinical finding in pet rabbits. The most common causes of nervous system disorders in rabbits include pasteurellosis, encephalitozoonosis, trauma and toxaemia. Obtaining a final diagnosis can be challenging, but with increased availability of advanced diagnostic techniques such as CT and MRI, case evaluation and definitive diagnosis is easier for the veterinary surgeon in practice. This webinar will cover neurological examination of the rabbit, advanced imaging techniques and common presenting clinical signs. Differential diagnoses and treatment protocols for common neurological conditions will be discussed. This webinar is aimed at the veterinary surgeon in practice seeing rabbits on a regular basis.
