About The Webinar

This is a case-based presentation of dogs that are unable to walk normally due to various neurological conditions. Details of signalment and clinical history will be presented. Video footage of the dogs’ gait and, when appropriate, neurological examination will be shown. There will be guidance in interpreting the clinical abnormalities, localising the lesion to an area of the central or peripheral nervous system and establishing a differential diagnosis list and diagnostic investigation plan. Results and interpretation of diagnostic investigations (including blood test results, radiography, MRI and CSF analysis) will be presented. Treatment options and outcome for each individual patient will be provided including video footage of follow-up examinations. State of the art information based on the latest scientific studies on each condition presented in the lecture will be discussed.
