Feather plucking psittacines are commonly seen in practice. This webinar covers the common clinical presentations and the important clinical history. General advice that can be given and implemented for all cases of feather plucking is then covered with the rational behind these recommendations explained. The long list of medical diagnoses is considered and then placed in context of the individual case. A suggested initial foray of diagnostics is advised with further and follow on diagnostics based on these clinical findings or failure to respond to treatment.
