Reassessment Campaign on Veterinary Resuscitation, or RECOVER, a collaborative effort of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society has provided the first evidence-based recommendations to resuscitate dogs and cats in cardiac arrest. During this webinar, the most up to date guidelines will be reviewed to help the participants better understand how to deal with a cardiopulmonary arrest, discussing both basic and advanced life support measures and algorithms, as well as 'the perfect crash box' and skills such as leadership and closed loop communication which are key players to successful CPR events.
