There will be information on different techniques to help retropulse stones back into the bladder and what to do if you cannot. There will be a detailed description on how to perform a cystotomy and how to avoid leaving stones behind. There will be a focus on diagnosing abdominal effusions, in particular septic peritonitis and haemoabdomen. The webinar will include details on how to perform a splenectomy, including the “fast” technique for splenic masses that are actively bleeding. An approach to exploratory laparotomies in order to locate the source of contamination will also be discussed.
