About The Webinar

One of the key factors in managing the head trauma patient relates to stabilisation prior to anaesthesia. With knowledge of the pathophysiology with head trauma you can start to understand how best to manage these cases. Ensuring the pet is comfortable is a prime concern and we will examine the options for analgesia in these cases. Which fluids are best in which situation? When are you safe to anaesthetise the patient? During this webinar we will cover all of these points and take a case approach to bring you up to date with current thinking in head trauma.
