Osteosarcoma is the most common bone tumour in dogs. Given it’s highly aggressive biological behaviour clinical decision-making can be very challenging.

This will lecture aims to provide an up to date overview of the disease. It will include sections on the behaviour, clinical presentation, diagnosis, staging and prognostic indicators. It will conclude with a discussion on the different treatment options from palliative medical management to amputation and limb-spare surgeries.
