Sérgio Guilherme
LMV MRCVS Veterinary Radiologist
Sérgio graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Lisbon, Portugal. As part of his veterinary degree, he completed a six month clinical externship at the Animal Medical Center, New York and Cornell University, USA. After two years working in general practice, he did a one year rotating internship at Davies Veterinary Specialists, UK.
This was followed by a three year residency program in Radiology at the Royal Veterinary College which he completed in 2009. Since then he has joined the Radiology service at Davies Veterinary Specialists, where he works with all the major imaging modalities available – Radiography, Ultrasound, CT and MRI. Sérgio teaches and lectures both in the UK and abroad.
